It's almost time...next week we will again be at the Shipping-Technics-Logistics in Kalkar, Germany. You are welcome to visit our stand 210 on Tuesday 24 September from 11.00 to 19.00 and on Wednesday 25 September from 11.00 to 17.00. You can book your tickets here.
For DEME Group, we repaired a thruster from the vessel Vlaanderen VII and changed it on board. The dismantled thruster was taken back to our workshop and is being inspected and repaired so that it will be ready again in case of the next calamity.
We recently helped a customer after their vessel sustained damage while underway. The damage was not limited, as the entire lower gearbox and propeller were completely lost. Fortunately, we had the missing parts, for the type SRP300-226, in stock. With our expertise and quick service, we repaired the damage and the vessel will soon be operational again!
We recently completed a nice project in collaboration with Manor Marine. The work pontoon, with the Schraven Navigator Unit, will soon go into service by Ascension Island. Are you also interested? Enquire about the possibilities info@schravenbv.com.
We sent out our newsletter this morning. Curious? Read it here.
We would like to share with you another beautiful and successfully completed project. This time we replaced the propeller shaft seals for a Schottel SRP 505 on two Jan De Nul Group vessels, namely the Verrazzano and the Magellano.
This maintenance work was performed during a scheduled docking in Klaipeda, Lithuania at Western Shipyard Group.

We completed another great job on the Schottel SRP1012CP commissioned by Glomar Offshore. In our workshop, we first overhauled the spare parts (upper and lower gearbox). Then, during docking, we dismantled the existing Schottel SRP1012CP from the vessel and replaced them for the overhauled spare housings. The dismantled parts go to our workshop for inspection and costing. Afterwards, they are also overhauled so that they are ready again in case of a scheduled docking or, for example, a calamity.
